< Back to Careers at Community Lab

Community Lab welcomes creative thinking, problem-solving, and most importantly, a vision for change. Our ambition is to combine technology and content with systems thinking to build better worlds — worlds where citizens are empowered from the bottom-up, power structures are re-jigged in entirely new configurations, and digital experiences are built around ethical practices that seek to right the wrongs of Silicon Valley playbooks.

The Proposition Manager will play a vital role in shaping and realising this vision. We’re looking for a generalist who is open to learning new skills and enjoys harmonising the needs of multiple stakeholders in the design, build and maintenance and both technical products and operational processes.

The role involves listening to citizen needs, working with clients to evolve the platform, managing development sprints, liaising with our designers, reporting analytics, and collaborating with the Business Development Manager - Filled to align day-to-day tasks with Community Lab’s big picture vision.
