If you’re having issues with signing up to Community Lab, here are some quick troubleshooting tips that should fix the problem.

🔏 Make sure your password meets our security specifications

When you create a password, make sure it contains at least 8 characters and at least 1 number. We added this specification to increase the security of your account. Note special characters are not accepted.

If your password doesn’t meet this criteria, a red error message will appear and you won’t be able to create a profile until you’ve amended your password to meet the specifications.

🌎 Check whether you’re running a VPN

If you’re using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), you might see a red error message that says ‘unable to sign up’ when you try to create a profile. This is a security protocol that blocks sign-ups if we detect potentially suspicious activity.

To bypass this issue, try to temporarily disable your VPN during the sign-up process.
